This is your place to live!!! Me and my family can't wait to move in!!! The complex is beautiful & peaceful and the property management/lease associate are even better. HANDS DOWN to Katie for being so GREAT and UNDERSTANDING during all the process. She is definitely the definition of outstanding customer service going above and beyond. We can't be more happy knowing that we will live in such a nice community lead by extraordinary staff!

Get every single thing in writing from them because they will not otherwise honor it. (Good rule of thumb for anywhere and lesson learned the hard way) I viewed the Lodge in January amongst at least ten other apartments in the area. My sales point of contact and the person who gave me a tour name was Chris Allison. He was awesome, very personable and knowledgeable. The apartment that I viewed was the Laurel and it was really nice. The grounds seemed to be kept up nicely as well. The reason I can only give them two stars however is due to their lack of transparency and consistency. At the end of my tour I was told that if I was to lease with them, they would take my admin fees which was a little under $200 and apply it to my first month's payment. When Chris sent over my lease to sign I asked was the credit applied and a woman named Rachel replied and told me that no promotion of the sort exists. I called and asked to speak with Chris since that is who my point of contact had always been and I thought it was odd that I received a reply from someone else on our email thread and I was notified that he no longer works there. I explained what I was told and they said that they would not honor it and maybe I was confused and another apartment community offered that special to me, which was not the case. (I took thorough notes for all of the places that I visited.) She then asked me if I had an email that I could send them from Chris which of course I did not because it was said to me verbally which I had already stated. They said they will not honor what I was told and although it was such a small amount it was a huge deciding factor for me to not want to move forward with them.

Just toured the property yesterday as a prospective place to live. Beautiful amenities and great location, quiet and convenient. Staff was professional and friendly.

Although the staff took good care of us the neighborhood is a mess. We did a tour of no more than 10 minutes and in the streets were stray cats walking inside the urbanization (not in the streets outside), and the neighbors walking their dogs without the leash. My children are allergic to cats and I do not understand how inside private buildings there are cats walking and living as if they were on the streets of downtown. They should pay more attention to this especially for those people who are allergic or have fear or trauma with cats or dogs. They should not be loose and wild because you are paying for safety and care within the neighborhood. If you are at The Woodlands you expect something better, better quality and not this.
