If you are a truck driver and you have to unload at this sam's club... I advise you not to do it. Being at the door to unload after waiting 8 hours for them to give me a door, they took me out so that a truck of theirs could unload, alleging that they did not have space... It is a lack of respect, after moving a trailer for them to put me in the door they took me out… I don't go there anymore…. And now they say they didn't have an appointment to give me another appointment... What a bad job they do... I'm arriving at my yard with all the cargo in the trailer after wasting so many hours waiting... DON'T TAKE LOADS FOR THAT SAM'S..

Don’t park truck here, a lot of signs of not parking truck and trailer or it’s gonna be towed. Guys form towing company coming very fast after you’ve parked your truck. Exception only if you have delivery here and could show paperwork for proof. But not leave truck anytime!

This store is horrible in customer service. I think this store is an afterthought for Sam's. The only reason they don't close it is they feel it might help the Costco down the street. Really? Different clientele an standards.

The hour adjustment is only temporary, it is only to allow associates get ready for increased amount of members they get every day, and provide the members with the items they need, but if you have a concern about the hour you can talk to an associate at member services and they can issue a refund and downgrade you to the regular $45 membership
