Why does no one ever answer the phone in customer service. I have called many times at different parts of the day and on different days when the website says they are not busy. Is it policy not to answer phones?

This store is horrible in customer service. I think this store is an afterthought for Sam's. The only reason they don't close it is they feel it might help the Costco down the street. Really? Different clientele an standards.

Most of the time they're dealing with other customers in the store and/or taking online orders. I use to work at Sam's and customer service is one of the busiest area to work at.

This store is no different than any other store,I never get a person to answer a phone on big box stores anywhere

I tried calling the cafe for 30 minutes to order a pizza and also the customer service line for this store but nobody ever answers their phones still. How do we file a complaint with corporate?
