Ok so I needed a last min hotel in the area. This had good reviews and good ratings so I figured why not. Man! What a waste of money. So first off the first room I was in. Had a dead roach in the bathroom the shower was visibly not cleaned! And there wasn’t even toilet tissue in the bathroom. When I went downstairs to the receptionist, (I’m not sure if she knew the person) but she was extremely rude to her! She was speaking to the customer like she was incompetent in a loud firm tone. I told her about my room And she did move me across the hall. That bathroom wasn’t exactly the best either but at this point I was like ok as long as the bed ok I’ll tough it out. I couldn’t wait to get out of there the next morning. I can’t tell you how the breakfast was. I mean how it started I tried not to overlook and think stuff because otherwise I would have had to find another place and it wasn’t that many options that time of night. But there is no way I would ever again stay there!

The staff is the ONLY reason I'm giving this property any stars at all! The beds are completely garbage 🗑️. We paid for 2 nights and left after 1. ended up staying in Chesapeake and paying again for a night there. The staff here are the most amazing people and I'm sorry you have to suffer for the bad rooms!

Very clean. Staff are personable. 4 stars because couldn't bear to eat breakfast there. Typical IHG offerings but just no! Had coffee and a banana so it was something.

Just completed a very pleasant 2 night stay for business. Convenient, safe location within walking distance to restaurants and fast food places. I requested a room change due to noisy neighbors and was immediately moved to another room. Room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection even though the waffle maker was out of service. There could be a little more diligent housekeeping. Their were hairs in the corner of the shower from a previous guest. Would definitely stay again.
