I come to this location often. Today was the worst service I ever received here. I had to ask for napkins a few time until I asked another waitress. I asked the same time the table behind me and they got theirs immediately and she had to walk pass me to give it to them. I asked so much the gentleman at the table next to me looked at her. She never checked to see if I needed a refill on my coffee. I had to get that and my box from another waitress. To top it all off. She gave my bill to another table & they gave it to me. Really!!! Tip: treat everyone the same all the time!!!!!

I took my daughter in for a Sunday father daughter outing. There was only one server. Most of the tables were dirty to some extent. He found us a spot and hid service was on point. I noticed menu holders at the wait station after we ordered and realized we didn't receive the current promo menu. My daughter and I were both happy with what we ordered but I felt like I was left questioning because we didn't receive the current promo menu page.....

I will never visit this location again. Waited on a mobile order for more than 30 minutes. Tried calling several times and no one answering the phone. Entered the building and stood at the front for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Waited an additional 10-15 on the manager. The waitstaff is also rude. I would not recommend this location.

I never saw my waiter/waitress. I stood at the hostess station for 5 min before being seated. I'm not sure what was going on. Next thing I know I determined the manager walked out the back, I guess. I saw him and another employee on a smoke break. I have so many questions. I won't be returning anytime soon. I only went there because it was so different years ago.
