Their service is okay, however I do not like the fact that they call other companies(Shuttles) to pick up clients when the reality is that you are paying to them. I was traveling to Nogales and they called Morena Shuttle to pick me up and Morena's service was horrible, the vans were really bad, no air conditioning, they were dirty and the driver drove really bad. Also I waited three hours on Sergios shuttle Office to get a shuttle when I called them two hours before and they said that they still had tickets and they were reserving me one. So I am really dissapointed because this is not the first time that they have done this to me.

Really bad service, Calling to get information? Forget it! good luck if somebody pick up the phone. I walk in and the lady sitting at the front desk told me the van is going to arrive late so I walk outside I went in my car and I went to get a drink at the store I come back and the door is lock completely lock , She never informed me that once the van arrive they close the office nobody pick up the phone so I don’t know if they going to open again for the day. I wish we have a shuttle services that we can relied on. Is missing a lot of communication and kindness on this office.
