The restaurant smelled like a wet dog in need of a bath. There was debris on the floor in the first dining room upon entering the restaurant. The floor border around the base of the wall was dirty with greasy smudges. The staff was standing around twiddling their fingers versus trying to assist guest. Got home with my food to discover several items were omitted from the order. It's not a short trip to this dump. Will not be going here again. There are plenty of other sports bars that have good food and football. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUMP.

We had an absolutely terrible experience and from seeing the other reviews it’s apparently the norm. Shame a franchise this large doesn’t take the Feedback being received from its customers, and actually do some thing about it. The womens bathroom was gross. Smelled bad and was dirty. The server seems slightly overwhelmed, even though they weren’t very busy. A lot of employee standing around not helping out. We had to ask for our own check, sauces, napkins, and drink refills. Our food arrived staggered with no explanation, and the staff seem to not be interested in being there. Only five other guests including our group were there and I can’t explain why there was such poor and slow service. I will never return to this location and have no desire to give our business to a franchise who clearly doesn’t take the feedback given and be proactive with it. I understand there are staffing shortages all across the US, that doesn’t justify poor customer service though. Also, I will not be asked to fill out whatever nonsense I saw on the other reviews as that is not benefiting anyone clearly.

The worst BWW I’ve ever been to. This place is so poorly ran. I live in the apartments near by so I thought I scored big time being next to a movie theater and BWW. I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s a long fall from when I first came here maybe 4 years ago. It’s not organized. Everyone is standing waiting on the next person to do the work. No pride in their work. I usually sit at the bar and everything goes decent. The staff are so immature and impolite. I guess that isn’t a requirement these days. The takeout is where I had to stop fooling with this place. Last 2 times have been awful. Earlier this year, I order online and they supposedly, they didn’t get it. Waste another 20min after I get there from waiting. Super Bowl Sunday, I order 20 boneless wings and the wait was 3 HOURS?! I called to cancel, they give me some reasons to deter me. After mentioning that I would have to receive a callback on Monday to get a refund, I have in and waited. I get there and the girl with orange braids gives me attitude then puts in the order. I get the food and it’s not even sauced thoroughly. Like they were just rushing through everything. I cannot wait until Kickback Jacks open.

I remember being a college kid, when I'd head to the closest B-dubbs for their cheap wing deals and the free fights on the TVs. I really hope that I lucked out and had a good one nearby where I grew up, because if it's the same flavor of bad that this place gave me then I'm disappointed in my poor tastes as a youth. We tried four flavors of boneless: buffalo, teryaki, nashville hot, and spicy garlic. - Buffalo had a sprinkling of spice and seemed like the most basic tenders, it was relatively edible (2/5) - Teryaki substituted a heckton of sugar for actually cooking something properly, which made it edible as well. 2/5 - Spicy garlic got worse in flavor the more we ate it, 1/5 - Nashville Hot tasted like someone grilled plastic with the chicken. 0/5 outright inedible - Bonus round, the fries were flavorless and nearly saltless. 0/5 I'd ask for a refund or retribution, but I really just don't ever want to visit another BWW after that. Good luck rolling the dice if your boomer family decides that it's "the place to be"

They clean good. The e.oyees wear mask and they ask the patrons to wear them while not seated. Although most don't.
Currently they dont do reservations but if you call about an hour before and say how big your party is and the time you're coming they try to be conscious of the space your party will need. They dont move tables or seat your party until half of them are in the building
