It's nice place to stay and clean

I'm giving them one star cause i have to you'll ask why right well first of all the cleaning lady she's a real b@#$5 I asked for clean towels because we needed some right away she said no I don't have clean one and she gave us the nastiest look and we saw clean towels in her cart well we let it go but now Everytime we go there is like she has to ruin the night either she says we made a mess the preview visit that we throw parties no lady we just go there go get some privacy but with this lady is worst that my parents she's always snooping around she always tries to kick us out before 11am because 11am is checkout well she starts annoying us with trying to opening the door because they have a master key that opens every single door and if your paying I think that's not right. If they don't fix this issue there gonna loose a loyal customer and that's a shame cause we bring business to this place.

Good Management personnel. Except the cleaning staff. Their kind of nosy . There's still half hour left till checkout time already knocking at the door for cleaning time. Sometimes the owner"s wife bad etiquette manner. Judging their renter's in a wrong way . Almost she did to me. Being the first time. And it was my fiance who went to the office. And I just barely got off work get some rest and go to my second job . Overall , just as long you mind your own personal and management mind their own business wise.

If I'm being completely honest this is the worst service I have ever received in my life. After paying for two night we saw the room and only wanted to stay for one because of how terrible it was. Lamp was broken, night stand drawer was broken, no towels, no shampoo or conditioner and there were stains on the sheets (of what I don't know). We went to cancel the second night which apparently the woman did not understand because she canceled both of the nightwhen we were in need for somewhere to stay that night immediately. After that she said she voided the sale and the money was put back on the card we checked it several times and it was still not there and waited at least 15 minutes. She also took the key to the room with all of our stuff inside and would not return the key until we re paid for our rooms, even though the money was still not in the account. After the money was transferred back into the account it took her another 15 minutes to walk us back to our room and while we were packing our things she had the audacity to tell us to hurry up (while there were no customers at the front desk) Would never even think about staying here again, would rather sleep in my car.
