Went to this location to cash a check my mother in law had given me. Teller at first told me I had to get it verified I waited and they told me they would get ahold of my in laws to verify. After speaking to my in laws they said they were waiting for Wells Fargo call again. A lady named Cynthia Gutierrez helped me the second time she came and told me that it still wasn't able to verify at this point I was already frustrated i asked her how was that possible if my in laws were waiting for her call she snapped and told me she didn't have to give me any information and that she didn't say they didn't answer so my husband came in the bank to see what was the hold up and she told him infornt of my face that my in laws didn't answer after she told me they did. I snapped and asked to please stop giving me attitude and she said she was able to give me attitude back because I gave her attitude she threw my ID and SSC in my face and I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was a manager which was not true she was only a banker. She took my check and didn't give it back the actual manager had to go get it from her and he explained that she was not the manager. When I came back with my in laws to verify she looked at us and laughed in our face. Horrible service a very very disappointing experience since I used to work for Wells Fargo a year ago. We weren't trained to disrespect customers like that.
