Recently switched over from Chase and I'm already not having a good feeling about this bank, and a bit regretful. I am new to US bank and Kevin totally "missed" to inform me on some "fine print". Not happy with this bank at all! Called ahead and asked if they had a notary that was there the other day and they told me yes. I drove all the way there and the lady Maria I think her name was told me oh i don't have my stuff today. I said really because I called ahead? She said are you sure you called here because they would of told you I don't have my stuff. I literally showed her my call log and she was like oh sorry. 😳 I missed my deadline because it was 4:30 and by the time I got to another US Bank they were closed. Then today I call and ask if they have a notary there with their notary stuff and I get yes we do but we are appointment only! Since when? I get it I'm being singled out! My business and my personal account is with US Bank I'm so dissapointed in this branch!!

Their computer keeps charging me fees on pending transactions, sometimes they reverse them and sometimes they don't. It all depends on which tailor answers the phone. Their policies are inconsistent and always favor the bank.

White lady was rude as hell and were not helpful at all. I was told to wait 5to 10 minutes to be helped and ended waiting 30 -40 min and still not get helped. All during the whole my child needed to use the restroom and they couldn't even let her use it. I get the whole security issue but what would a 4 year old do when they just want to use the restroom. And to top it off she was rude about saying a simple no for the child to use the restroom. Instead she was chatting with everyone else and other clients that came in after me.
