They don’t now how to treat a customer. They close my account just because of a negative balance and when I called to ask about it the lady Sereena being the supervisor was rude she ask me why my account was in a negative balance for 4 months and I had to explain to her why. Employees there don’t have the right to ask their customers about why or any of their personal issues because it’s not their concerns about what us as customers do with our lifes. And she even said, “ I don’t know if we want a return customer like you.” And that’s just unprofessional of her to say that about a customer

WORST customer service ever. I was “helped” by Alyssa Franco and she was so rude from the start. They do NOT even try to help and they all treat their customers very poorly.

They closed my son's account because he was negative -7 dollars and some change on his savings account. Never got notified in any way about this just one day he tried to check his account online because a purchase had been declined and "You're account has been closed " was what he read. Not right if you ask me. Closing someone's account without any type of notice.

Terrible! They offered excellent free balance transfer credit card, so I applied for it in order to get out high interest rate card. They declined for non-sense reasons. Shame on Clearpath for not helping anyone who is in struggling and want to get out of high interest rate CC!
