Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I had to wait in line outside of the facility in 100 degree weather for over 45 minutes just to get in the doors. Then wait another 30 minutes in line just to speak to someone. This makes me question myself why am I putting my money into a bank that doesn't care about its customers. I'll be moving my money to a different bank.

Pretty crazy how towngate told me to go elsewhere because I do alot of deposits that takes a bit longer than average, so I come here, and on my first time here, ive already been told to sort my money or they simply will refuse me service. Is the cash counter just for looks? It was literally just me and nobody else in line. Insane how these banks will simply just not accept the thousands I deposit daily.

Only 2 people working. 5 people there total. 3 of them standing near the end of the line chatting. About 10 to 12 customers in line. Thanks for wasting my time.

Everytime I come to this bank it is at least a 45 minute wait in line for the teller. They have only 2 people working at the windows at a time, and 14 people in line. 2022 always closed when it is supposed to be open... not because of covid
