Honestly, the hotel was fine. Breakfast was nothing to write home about, only appetizing thing was some toast, no labels on juice so it was a roulette. I was pretty disappointed with the late check out policy. Mainly the fact that this hotels policy is that they don't offer late check out. The guest directory notes that you can pay for a 3pm check out based on availability. The hotel was clearly not sold out as I could book an extra night if I wanted to. But pay for late check out? They wouldn't take my money. Put a damper on my stay as I had a meeting and my guest had to wander around Woburn until I was done. Would explore other options if this is something you are looking for.

Positive: The location is excellent, not too far from Boston. The breakfast was good and sufficient, we were able to last a very long time because of it before having dinner. It was great to enjoy the pool every day. Negative: We were really unlucky, from 10pm to 2am, we had very noisy neighbors and we couldn't sleep for our 5 nights, and the hotel didn't change our room. Also we were very surprised that we didn't get any cleaning in our room during our 6 day stay.

The price is better than the hotels in Cambridge and it's not too far from it. However, the phone didn't work which is no big deal since everyone has a cell phone now days. The shower was not very good. It seems to have been designed for some one that cannot stand up because it had a bench and the shower head was supposed to be a hand held type but it was bolted to the wall. It was awkward and not very comfortable. But overall it's a good compromise for the price.

Positive: The Hotel was very easy to find. The staff was fantastic and was so helpful with a difficult family situation. The Manager  was so kind and compassionate. I am great full that you have such great staff at your facility. Negative: The restaurant located on the property was not very nice at all. The hostess was rude and did not help out with trying to accommodate our party at all. We had just finished a dance competition and our children were very hungry. We were not served at all.
