Gus and Alex were amazing, very patient, fast and efficient. When pulling into the lot Alex automatically approached us and was super calm and let us take our time. He was not pushy or overbearing it felt like he was our friend the entire time. And Gus from finances, he was also super great and explained all of the paperwork in a clear and concise way. Hello I hope everybody is safe, Several years ago my wife and I bought a Toyota Matrix from Woburn Toyota. It was the best car we ever bought. It went through snow and required very little service. It was simply the best car we ever bought. So we were very interested in a RAV4 Hybrid. We had a Ford Escape Hybrid and didn't have good luck. So we had an appointment today with Woburn Toyota. It did not go well. I know new cars are tight, but I thought dealerships had stopped the all out screw you tactics. The dealer tried to switch us to a used car which we looked at ( Our trade in was in better shape). The dealer changed the interest rate from Toyota advertised interest rate!! Stay away - you will be cheated. It took too much time to get the keys back to my car. I literally had 911 on my phone if they didn't produce my keys. I wish it were better but it is what it is. Yes it is covered. My mom had to call basically the ceo to get her money back, it states online that they are covered. She finally got a refund.
