Hello I hope everybody is safe, Several years ago my wife and I bought a Toyota Matrix from Woburn Toyota. It was the best car we ever bought. It went through snow and required very little service. It was simply the best car we ever bought. So we were very interested in a RAV4 Hybrid. We had a Ford Escape Hybrid and didn't have good luck. So we had an appointment today with Woburn Toyota. It did not go well. I know new cars are tight, but I thought dealerships had stopped the all out screw you tactics. The dealer tried to switch us to a used car which we looked at ( Our trade in was in better shape). The dealer changed the interest rate from Toyota advertised interest rate!! Stay away - you will be cheated. It took too much time to get the keys back to my car. I literally had 911 on my phone if they didn't produce my keys. I wish it were better but it is what it is. Very very expensive and they try too sell u parts u don't need ohh you need a cabin air filter and one in the engine oh aaa 200$ and we have them here lmao there 50 bucks for both even cheaper takes 1 minute rip offs
Stay far away from Woburn Toyota.
