Amazing service! I had a maintenance service done and after I picked my car, my window did not work, I called Colonial Cadillac and within a short time they came to my place of business, picked up my car and gave me a loaner, this morning, they called me, told me that my car was all set, they dropped it at my resident and I noticed that they put gas in it! This is what I call ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANK YOU SO MUCH

Car was delivered to us without being detailed. Kids toys were still inside seat pockets and dirt was evident. Car also was delivered without the carpeted floor mats. We were sent cheap rubber mats in the mail but we wanted to carpeted floor mats that were in the ad which were in the car when we purchased it. Also They agreed to take $300 off the sale of the car (at the start of the sale) but when we got home (3.5 hrs away) we realized they did not take it off the final price. We are waiting on a $300 check and the carpeted floor mats.

Can’t say enough good things about Dennis and the team at Colonial Cadillac! Dennis made the process of buying a new car easy, smooth and quick. He answered all of my questions and the finance guy took his time to explain all of my options while giving his recommendations. They don’t try to squeeze every cent from you, when they sell a car and you leave happy…it’s a win for everyone! The customer service and attention to customer care is unmatched! More specifically I would like give high praise to my salesman, Dennis Morin. Not only was he extremely genuine and a gentleman, but also a true professional. His years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the salesman that I encountered at other local dealerships. I also want to thank Steve Sousa the general sales manager for helping me to get a beautiful brand new XT6. I can confidently say i will be returning to colonial Cadillac for future car purchases and highly recommend to anyone in the market for a new, certified and pre-owned vehicle.
