They treat my dogs like there own!
Emma Carlson
The best vet we’ve been to. We have two dogs, wildly different in all ways and they do so well with both of them. The big, mean one gets treated just as well, with as much care as the tiny, attention-seeking one. They genuinely care about the dogs, two examples (there’s plenty more): 1) when we took the tiny dog to get neutered his blood work came up off so we tested it again on his actual neuter date and it still came up so I asked the vet (or maybe vet tech) what to do and she said to give him some pills and wait for a month, she could have pushed the surgery and let us take that risk 2) A few days ago my dog had an ear infection; I called Thursday at 4pm and they got us in at 5pm, so we got her medicine and went home and they even called Friday morning to ask how things were going. The prices are market, not expensive and not budget, but it’s so worth it!

I took my pup because my normal Vet couldn’t see us in short notice, Staff were great but don’t give our your email, the amount of spam you’ll receive from them! edit: Adjusted the rating because it's not fair to give 1 star for them annoying with their spam, I was just annoyed at the time of original review. The Clinic is perfectly fine.

We do not offer any payment plans but we do offer Care Credit!
We do have a veterinarian on staff here at Ridgeview Animal Hospital that would love to see your exotic or pocket pet. Give us a call for more information!
The soonest is 8am and latest is 5pm Monday – Thursday and 4pm on Fridays.
We have clients with quite a few different insurance companies but see Trupanion and Pumpkin the most. Clients pay at the clinic and turn in treatments and invoices to their company for reimbursement depending on the policy and coverage. It is definitely recommended!
We do not see foxes; however, we do see other pocket pets like rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more!
Grooming prices are based on dog size and hair coat. Grooming is available for Ridgeview veterinary clients, so please give us a call so we can create an account and give a better price range on grooming.
We recommend all pets meet and visit with one of our great veterinarians to discuss the best surgical options for your pet, at that time we would be able to provide an accurate treatment plan!
Our veterinarians recommend what we call our Best Annual, which includes everything that your pet is due for that day and with an added bonus of additional bloodwork that checks your pet for anemia or infection as well as all major organs to make sure they are functioning properly, the Best Annual is $215.00.
Yes! We recommend that you call to make an appointment for any of these types of procedures, We want to make sure that we have enough technical staff to be able to assist you by making a set appointment time to meet with them!
On most if not all dog/cat food bags there should be an AAFCO (Association of American Feed Control Officials) label that simply states the amount of food to feed your pet based on their weight and/or age. These charts are typically correct in how much to feed your pet, as in any situation if you have more questions please call us to talk to one of our veterinary staff members to further assist you!
A wellness appointment is a complete health review. We review a lot of different variables to your pet’s lifestyle as well as given any necessary vaccinations and a complete multi-system examination. At that time, the Dr will visit about any concerns and give advice on any medical, behavioral or nutritional questions you may have. A sick appointment is a more directed office visit focused on a specific concern. Most of the time the questions and history taking are more geared toward the directed problem. Often in these types of appointments other medical concerns and questions, such as behavior discussions, can get lost when focused on a directed problem.
Flea and tick preventative needs to be given year-round; it’s far better to prevent fleas than to have to treat an established infestation that can take up to 3 months to eradicate. Very effective products are available to prevent your pet from flea infestations, some of which can be obtained by prescription only! Call us today to talk about the best product for you and your pet!
Unfortunately we don't crop ears at Ridgeview Animal Hospital. Good question though!
