There is a lot of buyers out there that think it is the banks who require a home inspection. A home inspection is an option that a buyer has during the initial buying process. However, in the market we have been in that last several months, though that is changing, buyers have had to wave the home inspection process. Fortunately today with the market slowing down, buyers are now able to get a home inspection. If you recently bought house and did not do a home inspection doesn't mean you cannot still do one for you own peace of mind. I hope you have found this information helpful but feel free to reach out me anytime with any of your home buying or selling needs.

Why do you pay a Realtor a fee to get your property sold? Let me as you this.. would you work for Free too? Realtor offer a complete service to make selling, buying and investing in real estate seamless, simple and with certainty. They are educated, knowledgeable, and understand real estate law..they know what it takes to get the property from contract to close. There are so many moving parts in the real estate transaction. It their job to orchestrate, deliver and get the job done. Realtors do not get paid until the property is closed. They are paid through the sale of the property. The risk is on the Realtor so why not use the resource that understands all facets of the transaction to provide that certainty and reach your goal of home ownership?
