Two weeks ago I decided to call Hogan in Woburn for a set of tires. I have never had such a wonderful experience with any tire dealer. The effort they made in my behalf was truly outstanding! Also, this dealer is so clean and cooperative that I would never go anywhere else. I was so pleased that I decided write a review and I have been singing their praises to everyone!!

I have been using Hogan for years, and have always been more than satisfied with their work, attention to detail, and honesty. In fact, most repairs were not even tire-related, they are competent in many areas. I highly recommend them.

Great work. Came in for new tires and alignment. Scheduled at 8:30, car was in the garage right after checking in. Customer service was friendly and explained how the alignment worked after it was completed.

I would not recommend anyone go to Hogan tire. I had defective Michelin tires on my car. they would not take a balance. Michelin recommended "take the car to any Michelin authorized dealer" and they would fix the problem. Hogan first insisted to rebalance the tires. It cost about 50.00. Okay. The first thing the mechanic said was "The rear brakes are a LITTLE low". I just had the rear brake replaced 8 months prior, and the car sat in my garage for 6 months due to Covid, so no, that was not correct. I should have left the shop then. They did a standard rebalancing on my tires and this made the vibration worse. They said they did a road force balancing, which they did not do. I returned and complained that the car was worse, then they said that "A mechanic needs to look at the car". The second time I should have left and never returned. The mechanic took the car for a test drive and told me "There is nothing wrong with the tires, you need front wheel bearing on one side" and quoted me $800.00 to $900.00 for the repair, and charged me 80.00 for the mechanic to look at the car. There was nothing wrong with the front wheel bearings, or the back brakes. I took the car to another shop, and they found ... the tires were defective. If I had gone with what Hogan recommended, I would have replaced rear brakes for 800.00, and there was nothing wrong with these brakes, and I would have had the left wheel bearing replaced for another 800.00, plus the 50.00 rebalancing, and the car STILL would have had a vibration due to defective Michelin tires. I would not recommend this shop for any sales or repairs.
