I came here the other day to buy extensions and I even asked the girl who helped me if i tried them on and they didn’t match could i bring them back and return them, she told me no returns but they could exchange them for me. Well I came in today to exchange the hair and the two foreign guys told me they would not take it because no one would buy them because of the condition when i had put them back in the package how i took them out minus one small tag that just said how long the hair was. The first foreign guy pulled them out and was shoving them back in the bag making them all tangled so when the other guy came over he pointed out how the hair was tangled and frizzy when that’s not how i had them. Don’t tell people you will do exchanges if the customer tries on the hair and it doesn’t match when you won’t! Maybe they need to have a staff meeting and go over that with everyone because i just threw $30 in the trash.
