Horrible customer service. The cashier was even texting on her phone when there was a long line in the store and didn’t call me up right away until she was done texting minutes later. The manager is super rude and unhelpful. Totally ruined my day and I’ll be driving to Gulf Shores from now on to avoid this s***show of a store.

I don’t ever have problems shopping here. I was coming back to return an item and swap it with something else. The cashier didn’t really give good instructions since I put it the item I returned back to where I originally got it. She was like oh no you bring it back and I was like okay no problem but she also kind of had an attitude about it and another one of the cashiers looked at me like I was psycho. Yeah it will be a while until I come back.
