I've shopped at Sally Beauty Supply for 40 years and I'm never had anybody treat me so rude I wanted to return a product and Betty waited on me and she just went on the defensive right away once again I've shopped there 40 years never returned a product's first time I did and the store manager was really rude

Salma from this location was an absolute life saver! I was trying to cover up some overgrown highlights and I had never dyed my hair myself before ever. And she answered every question I had and helped me get everything I needed! Someone get this girl an award for basically walking me step by step through how to dye my hair. Thank you Salma!
