To the employees at chase who denied me hand sanitizer during a PANDEMIC, thanks for taking Covid as a joke! I have been a chase bank memeber for 10 years and all I was asking was for some hand sanitizer that YOU ALL FAILED TO LEAVE IN THE ATM AREA. Thank you for ignoring me on purpose and take this pandemic as a joke! Never coming here again.

This is not really a review of this branch. I visit the Montrose location more often but on Dec 27th the website indicated that it was closed. This branch, fortunately, was open, not just the ATM. However when I arrived, the lobby was closed. Holiday hours were posted but did not include the 27th. So why was no one there? Later I discovered that the Montrose location was open. What is the problem here?
