I was told by an employee that I could bring in my 7 string guitar to sell so I decided to come back in. As soon as I took the guitar out, the owner immediately started being condescending. He asked how much I wanted and I said “well I bought it for $900 so” and then he cut me off and says “I don’t care. How much do you want?” I thought it was rude but told him and then he just told me no one plays 7 strings anymore even thought they’re more popular now than before. Then he says “not interested sorry”. Wasted my time by the other employee telling me I could bring it in.

I'm posting down the line after being reminded of my experience at this shop. I was looking for a Gibson LP or SG and wanted to try a one on the wall out. When speaking to an associate about trying it he advised me that they do not let just anyone "put their grubby hands on the guitars". I decided to not touch anything and backed out of the store and bought a classic elsewhere. I wasn't initially phased by the shops demeanor but the interaction stuck with me. I sincerely advise you to avoid this shop as a veteran or new player alike.

this is the best place. one time i came with 76$ and i was short on taxes and i got a dolor off. Both Joe's are very they are the nicest people!

Awesome staff and one of the only places around that seems to stock G&L basses and guitars. Joe explained every knob and switch on the L2500, which resemble flight controls - not an easy feat! I'll definitely be doing business with Performance Music Center in the future.
