Excellent service experience. Service writer clearly explained any issues and gave a fair and accurate cost for the repair. They do have normal scheduling where an appointment can be made within a week. Compared to Kelley Jeep Lawless is 100% better. My next Jeep purchase will be from Lawless because of the service department. Shout out to John Christine and Sadie. Thanks!!! (BTW I am an extremely competent amateur mechanic so when I pay for repairs my expectations are extremely high)

My first visit to Lawless was to have the oil changed in my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the tires rotated as part of their extended warranty. The technicians were prompt and courteous and their waiting room was very quiet and comfortable offering coffee, snacks and TV as well as a business area where one could keep up with the obligations of the day without missing a beat! It made what could have been a tedious task, extremely pleasant.

Fantastic customer service.Ask for Frank. Frank was great to work with. Highly recommend using this Jeep Dealer if you need to have service done. I was visiting and wiper motor broke. They did everything to help me. Part had to be ordered but I was returning home before it would arrive. Product delays stink. They called other local Jeep dealers to try to get the needed part. When in Boston have Jeep problems, this is definitely where I am taking my Jeep
