This place is a cute little place! I am obsessed that they had a Harry Potter themed month! The decorations were so good and the menu was adorable! They even offered for you to purchase a commemorative menu. I can't wait to go back!

Tables are set at least 6 ft apart. Wait staff wear masks. You will have to wear a mask when you enter.

I see in the reviews that there are vegan options, but don't see any on the current menu on their site. are vegan options still available (2019) and what are they?

I think it would be mostly the side dishes like fruit cups and tater tots. You'd probably want to call them and double check though.
