Takes longer for your package to be delivered once it's in Hollister then it takes to make it across the United States. Don't let the driver walk away without inspecting your package. Have had this company damage freight packaged in wooden crates. They will try to get away because they don't want to fill out the paperwork.

Why is it that the driver drives in circles? there seems to be no reasoning into the route for package delivery. Do the drivers get paid by the hour? If so, that is just dumb. They should be paid mor if they get all of their packages delivered quickl

How do I get in touch with the location in Hollister, mo. I am not having any luck with the call center that I think is located in India? I could have an answer and the problem would be fixed in less than 5 minutes if I could contact the facility.

They are closed between 12pm-4pm.

Can someone please help find out how to speak to an actual customer service rep? My packages keep getting dropped off at my neighbors house. For like the 5th time now. This is incredibly frustrating. I live right next door.

Yes you can as long as it is the shipping label. Not the code to scan and get a label, but they can do that one at the UPS store
