Took my car in for oil and filter change. Got it back and the trans fluid was a quart low the oil was low and the coolant was low. Took it in for a coolant flush the next day it's running hot turns out coolant was a gallon low. Had alow tire ( purchased 4 tires a month before from them) and they had to plug the tie because I picked up a screw. OK good, but they didn't put the wire wheel hubcap on properly. (Cadillac) so the hubcap came off on the highway. Very expensive to replace. Do not have any oyour car service her.

Customer service is very important, even when a customer can be rude and obnoxious. This location handled a situation VERY poorly and retaliated against an unhappy customer by putting someone else’s life at risk. What was found in my husbands tire was completely irresponsible and unnecessary.

Big O Hollister gave me a price of 600 dollars with a 1 year warranty to fix my daughter's ac. They diagnosed the issue and did the work. It lasted 2 days. We went back and they would not fix it. They wanted 600 more dollars. Sorry service, no integrity, bad management. Do not trust them.
