Lazy liars. They will cheat you. Notice they don't acknowledge this review? They know it's 100% truth and don't want to risk drawing attention to it. Update: response requested I call to address my complaints. Tried multiple times, and usually nobody picks up. One time I got through but was hung up on. Words cannot express my hatred for this complex, its on-site staff, and the parent company: Olympic Management. It did teach me two valuable lessons. Never trust landlords, and document everything. I lived here for years. The entire time, the bathroom fan did not work correctly. It seemed like it did, but it never vented the moist shower air. I mentioned it to the manager every few months, but she just told my I wasn't using it at all, or was using it wrong. Gaslighting me. For years. Turns out their air duct was blocked. My mistakes: I believed her that somehow I was doing it wrong, and I did not get my requests to fix it in writing. It cost me hundreds of dollars in electricity to run, while having no effect. Finally, in my final year, a third-party inspecting company discovered the duct blockage and ordered them to fix it. I felt so vindicated, but should have kept the documentation. When I moved out, I was charged an exorbitant amount for damages. Caused by not having the fan working for years. (Moisture had no way to escape other than opening windows. Winters were VERY cold trying to deal with that.) They held me responsible since I did not have proof that I had been asking them to fix it the WHOLE TIME. (They also charged me to clean the carpets that were 8+ years old. And then charged me EVEN MORE to replace those same carpets. How is that legal?) They prey on the vulnerable. I was too broke and too stupid to have documentation for a long legal battle, and they knew it. So I did not fight when they threatened a lawsuit to force me to pay. Nonetheless, moving out of this complex was the best housing decision I ever made.

Good management, grounds are kept clean, my unit had new appliances and flooring put in before move in. Location is great

Okayy the apartments are great. I was thinking about moving but the new maintenance manager has done a great job. When I think of maintenance, I think of an old guy who does like handyman work. But this man is so awesome. He knows what he's doing and goes above and beyond for the residents. I would trust him with building a house for me. he's also very nice to look at and easy on the eyes hehe. I see the neighborhood kids going up to him all of the time. The property looks way better now since theres a new Manager in the office who somehow found this guy.

The grounds have taken a nose dive. Maintenance doesn't care and is inept. I have been coming by here for the last few years and it's going nowhere. I was thinking about moving here but no...better maintenance or ppl to actually clean up are needed ..instead of someone who hides most of the day. Yeah we see you. Shouldn't a property want to become better??... **I'm going to contact the office and update!!**
