I have used this dealer to buy parts for my Mazda 3 as I was rebuilding it from salvage. They were really easy to deal with and always matched the price of other dealers prices for parts. I also brought my car in, when my radar sensor got out of alignment, and they were very fair with the price. They did not try to upcharge me like other dealers would, when I told them that my bumper might be a little more of a hassle to take on and off because of my fabricated tabs and so on. They also gave me a loaner car free of charge, even though the work only took about 4 hours. They fixed the problem without a hassle, without any headaches or unfair upcharges. They seem to really care about their customers. This is my first Mazda vehicle, and if this is the service Mazda provides across the board, I plan on going for another Mazda for my next vehicle.

We had to bring our CX-30 to the dealer to document an issue, so I made the 2 hour drive to the Knoxville dealership. Very satisfied with how they are handling the issue, at least so far. Time will tell.
