We had an 8:00 appointment for a service the dealership suggested we get done. Basically an oil change and tire rotation at 15k miles. We weren’t seen until 8:30 and we were told 1:15-1:30 for the service. Huh? An hour and a half for oil and rotation on a 2022 KIA Soul. We didn’t get out of there until after 10:00. I’ll go to Valvoline from now on. Takes less than 30 minutes.
