Sam, We apologize for this occurring, but the hang up was when you registered with Axle Logistics, you stated that you did not want fuel advances given out. In order for us to do this after hours and to follow our risk protocol, you have to log back into axlecarriers.com and make that change yourself and we would have been more than willing to give you the advance. Unfortunately you were unable to, but we did take care of you the next morning once we got your dispatcher on the phone. Thank you for working with us!
