I have lived on the grounds for almost a year now.It is very peaceful.. very calm and relaxing! The landlord is above and beyond a great person. The residents here are also very kind cordial and friendly. If you are looking for a place to relax, spend some time to reflect, and enjoy life?.... This is the place!! WELL DONE SHADY PINES!!

No frills but full service good pads and ice and some supplies and carry out and gas next door. Very nice staff and owner , like most people in Longview Tx. Great place.

Our monthly fees start at $375 and that does include the electric, water, sewer, trash and free laundry.
WiFi is available thru our local cable company.
He's nice and helpful compared to who Genghis Khan oh my bad he is very helpful and compassionate usually around the 1st and 2nd day of the month which is lot rent day Round Here
It has a laundry room what's 3 washers and three dryers but unfortunately only two washers and two dryers are functional there is a shower house but the owner is too cheap to maintain and add ramps for handicapped tenants so it's permanently closed to everyone and I know of two other tenants in this park that do not have heated water or proper Plumbing they have to hit the local convenience store to go to the bathroom
Outdated and heavily worn equipment I found an LG Smart washer I was going to give to the landlord aka James godell but he responded no thanks

There are no cabins on the property all travel trailers
I know it id pet friendly, but I'm unsure about the rates. I do know they must be quite reasonable because i have several friends and friends of friends that have either stayed there or have set up permanent residence they like it so much
