I wanted to place a to go order over the phone I got a automated system and they do not take cc over the phone. I tried calling the store direct no answer. I had to drive there and was told they were too busy and inder staffed to answer the phone.

Our food was good...but we had ordered it on the app...over an hour later it still said it was cooking. My fiance tried calling no one would answer. He finally drove there and the lady at the counter was giving him a hard time just for him asking about our order we placed. That is uncalled for and ridiculous!! We want our money back or a discount at least! We are very upset about our experience !!!
