We bought a beautiful Chocolate Lab from Kelly Cote on July 29. We went looking at another so she said she did not have the paperwork together. My persistence & almost 2 weeks later, we got a Claremont Dog License & tag along with a LVS pamphlet. LVS, Lambert Vet Supply, is an on-line site for pet owners to buy products for their pets. This pamphlet had very little information & had been filled out recently, not 5 years of documentation. Cote said that every dog she has is microchipped, for their protection. She tried 2x & my vet has tried 3x. There is no microchip. Cote said the vet she uses is Wendell Veterinary Clinic in Sunapee, NH. Contacted them, they have never seen the dog. Cote said the dog is up-to-date on her shots but can not provide us with documentation. Not even a Rabies Certificate. After a very good bath a 6 days we were a the our vet with severe ear infections, both ears. Cote said she is AKC registered but she can not provide us with the AKC Registration Certificate.
