Had the worst "customer service" (and I use that term lightly) at the Byron Center post office today by a boy named Jacob. Jacob, who was clearly not mature enough to handle his emotions was rude and obnoxious and clearly allowed his job status to go directly to his head! I wonder, is telling a customer that if they wish to send something "express mail" they will have to come back tomorrow and finish their transaction because it is 5 o'clock and they are closed the way we conduct business these days? I walked through the doors at 4:50pm and there was approximately a half a dozen people ahead of me but I guess it was too much to much to ask of Jacob get the same service, consideration and work ethic that was provided to the 6 people ahead of me? Seriously USPS ...is Jacob the best you can do? Sad!
