Used to be a great branch but lately some of the staff are sloooooow and careless. No phone pick up often times.

One of the worst iaa locations. They are a scam. Most of their damaged cars are clean title so everyone inside and outside the US can bid on them i guess there's a connection between the insurance adjuster and the auction so both can make more money and never care about people's safety. Salvage cars need to be re-inspected by the state and dealers won't pay as much as the auction hope to get. The more bidding the more fees. And people overseas cannot bid on Salvage cars. Many reasons to mark cars clean titles not Salvage.
