Originally I had ordered two packages and was told that they were ready for pickup, went in and was told they did not have it in the office even though it said that they did, but told me that they would give me a call once the carrier came back. Later in the day I had missed there 1 phone call because I was at work, tried to call them back WHILE I was at work and have been left on the line 10 different times now…

They never answer the phone. Some of us can’t leave work to mosey on over there. TRY PICKING UP THE PHONE FOR ONCE. DO YOUR JOB.

This is the second time I have had a package not show up while home all day, carrier says “could not gain access to front door” was home all day, no one came to the house. Front door is not blocked, space in the drive way, and side door not blocked either. Guessing the carrier just said that to be able to skip out.

I ordered from Amazon prime. My package was set for delivery on a Sunday. I was home all day, the mail carrier DID not show up yet my tracking says the carrier couldn't gain access to my door which was NOT blocked in any way, shape or form! I try calling usps, I waited on the phone for 1 hour 35 minutes before hanging up. Not everyone can make it to the post office by 5. So now I have no idea what is going on with my package because today the wait time to talk to some one is 2 hours 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. If your too lazy to deliver mail.. get a new job!!!
