Totally agree that when I order from amazon and see it comes from this facility I would say 65% of the time there is a delay. Really wish that could change because being near ann arbor I love how fast it is when it does go perfectly!

I currently work for Amazon and unfortunately the Customer Service Number is the only way to get to higher management. I due apologize for in convience in recieving your delivery on time. In some cases due to weather,lack of product for demand, lost or damaged in transit can occur. If you like a refund or something along those lines Customer Care can help you. Once again my apologies for this incident.

Security is located just past the main turnstiles, at the desk in the middle of the entrance area. You can speak to them using the intercom or window that is between the turnstile sections at the entrance
