Yes $10 extra month you have to keep in my lease where it is Iwill be making a place for dogs to go under new ownership they will be making a place for dogs that is a rumor or could be fact I live there other than that you should call the office Clubhouse

Between paying for the home, plus over $400 for lot rent, you probably won't be paying under $900 if I had to guess. Call the clubhouse, you can get better answers than I could provide.

We believe they do, though most people here own their homes. $370 per month for lot rent and every other month you pay water, sewage, etc. mixed in with your rent. On average you'll pay over $400 a month in rent, so it's more worth it to own a home here than to rent one, while still paying $400 in lot rent. I hope this helped, good luck!
