I currently work for Amazon and unfortunately the Customer Service Number is the only way to get to higher management. I due apologize for in convience in recieving your delivery on time. In some cases due to weather,lack of product for demand, lost or damaged in transit can occur. If you like a refund or something along those lines Customer Care can help you.
