Every single time I go to this branch or any other BOA branch im stuck in a giant line with 1 to 2 tellers helping everyone. One of the main reasons I stopped banking with BOA and went to a better bank. Only reason I need to go into your banks is due to where I work and paying my auto loan. If I didn't have to I would stay away from BOA!

I tried to put money into my boyfriend's account because I'm in Amarillo and he's at home in Sacramento and I was told I couldn't put money into his account because I'm not on his account. I'm like what? After a few minutes, she was like no cash but insisted on continuing to talk and escalating the matter which is what made me angry. All she had to say was that either this location or Amarillo locations no longer do it, instead she said it was a Bank of America regulation that changed 2 years ago which of course I know isn't true because I have put CASH in his account several times over the past few months, even gave her the last location I did it at as well as the amount. She was a little rude, but like I said the thing that really made me mad was that after she told me no cash, she wanted to continue with the talking as if she had to get the last word. I have no idea what her name was, all I know is that she's of an Asian decent and she was a little rude to the lady before me as well. Okay, so I wrote this review earlier. come to find out if the previous worker would have done her job right and listened to me then she would have known that I was putting money in my boyfriend's business account which I had said several times in the first place. It really makes me mad because it was the end of the day and I had to wait till today to go back up there just to be told I could have used cash to put into my boyfriend's account. I wouldn't recommend this Bank of America to anyone, they should train their employees better.

Worst BOA I have been to in my travels all ove the US for work. Theres always some kind of problem here at this locatiom for some reason. Today I went in to cash a check and make a large deposit into my account... the teller cashed my check and told me to go to the ATM in the drive thru to make my deposit! I asked why couldnt she just make the deposit and she said she couldnt! I am furious...
