Jacob “Jake” Fazio was supposedly the manager on duty and gave the worst service and customer service. He was just to lazy to print off a company form making me go to the Amherst branch to get GREAT service from Brenda.

Opened an account online and did not setup direct deposit right away. A few weeks later i get a welcome packet in the mail containing some checks (50) and some duplicates and a registrar and then all the sudden a few days later my account goes into the negative. After they call me to inform me it was in the negative, they told me i ordered checks, which i didnt... and also told me to contact the branch manager to discuss it. After talking with the manager, i was basically told the branch did nothing wrong so i was on my own. Called the customer service back and Sonia did some research for me, After a few brief holdings she discovered the company(not bank) ordered checks and the company thinks it was part of the automated process of opening an account. (I did it online) so they refunded me all the neg balance fees and the purchase price. No thanks to the branch. But i am happy overall.

Awful service. I called in because I knew I was running late and it was close to their closing time. I was literally at the red light waiting to turn into the parking lot (no exaggeration). I explained that I only had one incredibly easy deposit that was important to me and I also apologized for being late. Melissa informed me that I could drive to Sheffield or Elyria Giant Eagle, a mere 15-20 minutes in the opposite direction of where I was going. Or she said I could deposit through the ATM, and I explained that I don't have an ATM card for that account. So I asked her to please consider this as a favor for a customer of over 12 years. She explained that once the drive thru light turns red, they aren't allowed to take any more customers. 2 minutes. Really? Probably will get an ATM card and hopefully avoid this type of awful service.

I cannot say enough good things about this branch!!! Scott and Melissa were very helpful and had all the answers I needed. I just recently became a customer and everything has been great, and their security software is shown as one of the best in the industry. I am very satisfied with all services and would recommend this bank, and especially Lorain branch, for superior customer service with a genuine smile!

I think there is like 16 branches, if you add in atm's there is alot more.
