I tried calling this branch for 45 minutes on Jan. 14, 2022. No one picked up so I went in person. I needed a representative who would help me solve a checking problem. No sign -in sheet or greeting person. Saw another customer waiting so I sat down. Before I sat down a representative looked up saw me sit down and still did not say a word. I sat down and heard the representative talking about nonbank conversation to his friend. It was was rude and nonprofessional. I got up and saw another representative working on his computer with no customer at his desk. He said he could not help he had a customer coming in for an appointment. I have only been with Wells Fargo one year, I am hoping that it is just this branch that is this bad.

I took my younger sister here to open up some accounts. Carlease was amazing. I’ve dealt with many financial institutions and I’ve never met an employee like him. Most places nowadays, make their customers feel like a burden but he seemed like he was excited to help and was happy at his job. I will 100% be transferring all of my funds to Wells Fargo because of him. Very professional.
