Location is great, price is pricey. Especially having to be locked in for a year and an automatic renewal if you don't cancel. Staff was ok on someday. Doctors were great. Can't be with your pet like it use to be

So, I made appointments for my 2 pups, Thor & Loki. I booked everything online without checking the place out etc. A few days prior to their appointment I started reading the reviews. I was nervous to be honest because they weren’t very good, however, still decided to give it a try. I can only compliment this particular office and staff! EVERYONE was SO nice, SO helpful and SO great to my pups! Dr.Brammer was wonderful! I truly couldn’t be happier and we will continue to take them to see her! Thank you for the extra adorable care you gave my Asgardians !!:)

Hi Linda - Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals such as reptiles and birds. We also offer treatment for other small mammals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters and gerbils. We recommend contacting your local Banfield to find out if they are equipped to treat your pet, or with any specific questions you may have regarding bringing your exotic pet or small mammal in for a veterinary visit.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
