Unprofessional experience, this mail service cannot be trusted to deliver anything or even notify person of something at the office. They let my mail sit there for weeks without notifying me it actually arrived or delivering it themselves, so now I have to fight to get my money back once again. Will never trust them.

3 weeks of no mail I drove to Big Pine post office to see if something was wrong. She said everything was fine. Received letter from neighbor to notify usps to stop delivering my mail to their address. Gave letter to Big Pine Key post office and informed them of my issue. Still have not received mail. Unbelievable how bad they are.

left mailbox flag up for three days, carrier never stopped to get the mail which cost us a late fee (substantial) on a cc payment. our main residence is in St Lucie county and thankfully the carriers here are way more effective at their jobs.
