Great bargains with 50% color tags. I read the review about the rude & unprofessional manager, don't let that stop you from going to this store because cashier was really nice & friendly. I bought a lot of stuff, I even found a Betsey Johnson purse for more than half the price.

Horrible Management, I called last week to have a couch donation picked up and was subjected to a manager who was so utterly rude to me on the phone that I decided to call back and cancel the pickup. I was so mad at the way he spoke to me...it was totally unnecessary and down right rude. Over the years I have supported Salvation Army B.P.K. with numerous donations but with the way I was recently treated and verbally abused....I would rather toss my goods in the trash than deal with the obnoxious manager currently working at the Big Pine Key store. What an unprofessional person to have as a manager. He is totally unqualified and should not be dealing with the public.

They have a Wonderful variety of everything in here a bit spendy for a thrift store.
