Positive: The bed was really comfortable and the staff was really nice -- front desk especially. Everything about our room was fine, except the tight space between the bed and the TV stand. For the price, I'm very satisfied with this hotel. Negative: Breakfast options were okay, nothing great. Some fresh fruit would have been nice and real eggs. I'm pretty sure what was served was powdered.

Clean and quiet. Staff seemed busy but very helpful (graduation week!). The person at the front desk was very helpful and professional. I didn't get their name but was great to work with. Sounds like they were there to help even though it wasn't their shift. (Probably the same person the reviewer below me is complaining about) but I do no issue. PS how do you complain about professionalism in a review with misspelled words and run on sentences). To the front desk worker, you keep being you. You can't please everyone.

Due to an error on my part I needed to cancel a reservation. The hotel kindly accommodated me, even though they didn't have to. The next time I am in the Syracuse area, I will definitely stay with them - clearly their customer service is top-notch!

I stayed for one night in a king room with my husband and our dog. The room was ok, it looked to be renovated a few years ago, but definitely shows signs of wear and tear. It was not the cleanest room I have stayed in.. there was some sort of wet or greasy substance on the couch, excessive dust on the wall lamps, hairs in the shower, and a greasy handprint above the window area that was rather off-putting. The grouting in the bathroom which was supposed to be white was also filthy and stained black. The bed and bedding itself was clean. There is no hot breakfast as advertised, only bagels, yogurt, and microwave waffles. The walls are thin and we could clearly hear the family in the room next to us and everything that was going on in the hallway. Overall I would not stay here again.
