Positive: The front desk was friendly and had some good dinner recomendations. Negative: Housekeeping never serviced the room even when I requested three time. The fourth time was a pointed discussion that received action. The leaking shower was finally fixed and clean towels provided.

Rooms are beautiful, well maintained. Very comfortable, look modern. Front desk was very helpful when i needed anything. The only disappointment was breakfast. I read about hot breakfast and saw that there is very nice breakfast on the pictures posted by the hotel, but there was nothing hot at all, just bare bones bagels, toast and cereal. Maybe the nice breakfast is only on weekends? If so, it would be nice to advertise it clearly. I don't book a hotel for breakfast so it's not a huge deal, but it is a bit misleading.

We went here for one day. This room was very nice, we had the pool to ourselves, and the fitnesses center was good to. The lobby was also very nice. Breakfast was very tasty. Would recommend staying if you are in Syracuse.
