This hotel is very very nice and the staff is super friendly!!!! I highly recommend staying here and the photos online are exactly how it looks in person. I was able to speak with one of the supervisors (Lori) over housekeeping, truly enjoyed our conversation and she is so kind. This made the trip worth it because I wasn’t impressed with the city because really not much to see and do. There is free full breakfast served daily. The entire property is super clean!!! If I’m in area I will definitely come back to this hotel!

All I did was deliver food a couple of times.. The people are great. Staff helps with no problem. Clean, mature environment.. Told me what foor, elevator location and even offer me something to drink. (Hot day, and they noticed me) thanks

This is an amazing hotel! Super clean and inviting!! Everything smells clean and new. Pool is very small, like a little bigger than a hot tub. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was very limited, bagel and butter, no peanut butter, jelly sometimes. Not much more than scrambled eggs and sausage. Will definitely come back again!

The customer service was very poor. I stay here at least once a month and what I experienced with him not even greeting me or my partner was just uncalled for. My family and friends all go to this hotel because I recommend it to them but I won’t be anymore. I think they should also be looking into making sure that only your room key opens your door and not someone else's. Also had that experience of someone else using their key and opening our door. Makes you wonder how safe the hotel really is. Overall very disappointed and not sure that I’ll be returning.
